Water Babies!

Anyone who knows Truman knows that he has a love hate relationship with water.  He loves to play and float around in his baths until the water is cold and we force him to get out, he loves to chill poolside with his feet in the hot tub or kicked back in a lounge chair in the shade.  When we lived in Florida and were at the pool or beach or splash pad every day almost year round it always took him a long time to warm up to the idea of getting in the water.  This year we got him a little puddle jumper floaty and it was like a switch was flipped in him.  He immediately was comfortable and confident in the water, he would jump in without any coaxing and would tell me the whole time at the pool, "I love swimming!".  That made my little mama heart smile.

This year with winter looming we decided to take swim classes at an indoor pool and this little boy is having the time of his life!  I try to get there early so he can play before class but as soon as we walk in he just wants to go sit on the edge and wait for his teacher, and when he teacher shows up his little face glows with excitement!  It's been so much fun watching him gain new skills and have so much fun doing it. 

And bonus for Archer, he gets to sit in the water and splash to his heart's content while big brother swims.
